Hello lovely TVK customers,

Despite the best endeavours of our many stakeholders, we are incredibly disappointed to announce that after 9 years of supporting the plant-based community, The Vegan Kind will be winding down its online supermarket and subscription box service. Whilst we were hopeful that the recent restructuring would enable us to establish a viable business into the future, it has now become clear that this cannot be achieved.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their incredibly loyal support over the years. We hope that you enjoyed the service we provided, especially through Covid. Sadly, the realities of the current economic climate have left us no option but to cease operations.

Our November subscription boxes have been shipped, and the December boxes will also make their way to you over the next couple of weeks, but sadly these will be the last ones shipped from TVK. If you have subscribed in advance, then our Customer Service team will be on hand to support you with a refund where required. We are no longer taking supermarket orders and the checkout has been disabled but you are able to continue to view the website. We've created FAQs which can be found below:

Subscription FAQs

  1. The November Lifestyle Boxes have been shipped.
  2. The December Lifestyle and Beauty Boxes will be shipped as planned, and will sadly be the last boxes shipped from TVK. Where applicable, payment will be taken on the 1st of December and our team are aiming to ship these on the second week of December.
  3. If you're a subscriber due to receive a Lifestyle or Beauty Box from January 2023 onwards, please contact our Customer Service team before Monday 28th of November at info@thevegankind.com.
  4. One of our Customer Service team members will be available to help until the 9th of December :) 
  5. We will try our best to issue refunds where possible, but we cannot guarantee this. 

Supermarket FAQs

  1. Customers who have placed a supermarket order before we closed on Friday 11th of November will receive their order as planned. Our Warehouse team will process outstanding orders this week (14th-17th of November), and will arrive on your confirmed delivery date at checkout with DPD or Royal Mail. 
  2. Kind Points are our way of giving something back to our regular shoppers. Unfortunately, your remaining balance won't be redeemable towards a voucher for a future order as our website is now closed.
  3. The website closed on Friday 11th of November, and will not reopen. We will greatly miss shipping your lovely vegan goodies to you, and thank you so much for supporting TVK over the past 9 years.

Kind Club FAQs

Thank you for your support TVK Kind Club. In light of the business winding-down, we wanted to provide some further detail around your position as TVK Kind Club members.

  1. Where payment has been taken for TVK Kind Club membership extending beyond the 11th of November, please reach out to our Customer Service team before Monday 28th of November so we can help. 
  2. We will try our best to issue refunds where we can, but cannot guarantee this.

Gift Card and Gift Subscription FAQs

Thank you to all of our loyal customers. In light of the business winding-down, we wanted to provide some further detail around your position as gift card holders.

  1. As the website closed on Friday 11th of November, unfortunately this means credit cannot be redeemed towards a supermarket or subscription order. Please reach out to our Customer Service team before Monday 28th of November so we can try our best to help. 
  2. We will attempt to issue refunds to the original payment method where we can, but cannot guarantee this.
