I don’t understand the tracking for my supermarket order

Are you scratching your head at the status on your DPD tracking?

Your parcel will make its way from our warehouse in Glasgow, to a sorting hub, and then on to your local delivery depot! Once it's with your local delivery depot and scanned on to the driver's van, you'll receive a one hour time slot - this is usually by 12 noon.

If you haven't received your order by the end of your time slot, the driver will update your tracking when they can, so please do keep an eye on it :)

Royal Mail

If you opted for Royal Mail Standard delivery, a long reference number will be on your shipping confirmation! This reference number won't be updated until delivery is attempted. If you're not in when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will update you to let you know your parcel is at the local depot!

If you opted for Royal Mail Tracked, then you'll receive a tracking number on your shipping confirmation which will update you on the journey of your order, and the day your local delivery office expects to send out your parcel! If you're not in, the tracking will be updated to say that your order was taken back to the local depot, and you can arrange redelivery or go and collect :)
