My payment for my subscription didn’t go through when you tried to take it

Don't worry, you're not going to miss out on your lovely box!

Our system automatically retries to take the payment, so if you just didn't have money in your account at the time (happens to us all!) then once you have the funds, payment will be successful and your box will be shipped.

If you have the wrong card details on your account, or your card expired, just click the link in the email and you'll be able to update them! Our system will then automatically take the payment, so you can sit back and relax until your box arrives :)
